Course overview
It is a 2days training course, covering few important topics of machinery lubrication, that is directly related to reliability of machinery. It is an interactive course, whereby every participant will share in the fruitful discussions. The presented slides will include a lot of animations and colorful pictures to clarify the topics. All participants will be added to our group on WhatsApp in order to share video clips, technical matters and site problems, not only during the course but also for future.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course participants will be able to:
- Have clear understanding of lubrication terminology and physical properties of lube oil such as
total base number, flash point, etc.. - Be capable to select the suitable lube oil type based on operating conditions of each machinery.
- Be able to establish lube oil analysis program for their site machinery and use the analysis results
as an effective tool of machinery condition monitoring, and hence improve their reliability. - Have the tools that help them to go effectively through failure analysis of related problems
